I am starting a new group in Facebook and a new blog, The Urban Muslim Women.
Well, there’s nothing much going on yet, but that’s where I need all the help!
The purpose of this group and blog is to unite and connect with like-minded Urban Muslim Women from all around the world.
Now why do I say Urban?
I believe Muslim Women who’s living an Urban life is the one that has the most advantage. We have the freedom, the skills, the intellect, the awareness, the spending power, and the capability of doing so many good and great things. In times where Muslim Women are often be seen as oppressed and submissive, we are the ones that proved them all wrong. However, little light and effort has been put forward to unite all that we have for the greater good.
