I thought of the brilliant colours of the dusk and inspired to create a Polyvore set of it. I love the 3 tones coloured scarf againts the deep blue blouse. To add a little bit more bling, I added a flower brooch and finished it up with a red suede boot.
Ahhh..I can so wear this! 
There’s something I really like about the simplicity of this shirt with it’s ‘love’ written in cursive writing. I chose a bright pink beret to add a splash of colour to this ensemble. And a charm bracelet. And that gorgeous little earring.
I can definitely see myself wearing this 
Trendy Thursday: Passionately Purple
Purple is one of my favourite colour. And when I saw these gorgeous maxi dress, I immediately go ‘wowweeeeee’ and created this set around the beautiful prints and colours of the dress.
My favourite item in this set besides the dress, is the earring. It’s just so gorgeous isn’t it? The purple gem picked up the purple in the dress very nicely. Me likey!

This set is dedicated to Juju, who has been requesting it for quite some time. Sorry Juj. it’s really challenging to choose a colour theme for somebody who doesn’t have a favourite colour! But inspired by your beautiful green ‘baju kurung’ that you wore to Lin’s wedding – here’s a casual collection for you!
Since Juju (for those who knew her) is petite, the green embroidered tunic will look great on her. This type of tunic has a tendency to give the ‘pregnant’ look on ‘curvier’ ladies like me .
However, although I think it’s good to have the knowledge of what looks good on us, we shouldn’t be too rigid with the rules. As long as it makes you feel good – that’s all that matters!

Trendy Thursday: Glam Night Out
I love glamming up for a night out with Big Z. Getting all dressed up and pretty. I even dress him up too! After several fashion-related disagreements between us, I finally toned down my fashion sense on him and now he totally loves it when I styled him . He calls me his ‘fashion consultant’ .
I can see me wearing this to go for a night show. Something at the Philharmonic Orchestra or Istana Budaya. Or perhaps to a dinner or supper in a nice restaurant. In my opinion, you don’t really have to have a ‘thing to go to’ to glam up. The best reason is to have a ‘date night’ with your spouse. Start the ‘date night’ by enjoying each others company playing dressing up. Trust me, it is a lot of fun! . Ooh, if you have a baby or a small child, get a babysitter for a few hours before going out – so you can have ample time dressing up and not rushing through the process.
Hmm, suddenly it gave me an idea – maybe one of these days I’ll do a matching Polyvore sets for me hubby!

I have been seeing great stylings of jacket, cardigan and all sorts of outer wearing with maxi dress lately. I have this in my drafts for quite some time. I would like it if the jacket is an open one to show the beautiful yellow belt on the maxi. But I like the colour of this jacket so, yeah as usual – colour won!
